Effective: 13 May 2026
§ 1
About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”) and Relinq App, Ltd., a private limited company registered in England & Wales with its registered office at 5 Merchant Square, London W2 1AY, United Kingdom (“Relinq”, “we”, “us”).
They govern your access to and use of the Relinq.network website, the Relinq waitlist, and any related products, features, beta programs, content, or services we make available (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing the Service, joining the waitlist, or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
§ 2
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
§ 3
The waitlist and beta access
The Service is currently in private beta. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. We may grant, defer, limit, or revoke access to the beta in our sole discretion. Beta features are provided on an “as is” basis, may change without notice, and may contain bugs or be discontinued.
You agree not to publicly disclose non-public details of the beta (including screenshots of unreleased features) without our prior written consent.
§ 4
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, including UK, EU, or US data protection, anti-spam, export, or sanctions laws.
- Submit information that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to submit.
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or reverse engineer the Service, or to access it by means other than the interfaces we provide.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications, harvest contact data, or build a competing product.
- Upload or transmit malware, or use the Service to harm others.
§ 5
Your content and data
You retain all rights in any data, contacts, messages, or other content that you connect to or submit through the Service (“User Content”). You grant Relinq a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and use User Content solely to provide and improve the Service, to comply with law, and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and lawful basis (for example under the UK GDPR, EU GDPR, or applicable US state privacy law) to provide any third-party personal data you connect to the Service.
§ 6

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Relinq or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
